Visual Arts —  Our visual arts department is lead by a full-time art teacher.  Students in kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as 4 year-old pre-K students, have art weekly.  Seventh and eighth graders can choose a visual art class such as drawing or sculpture as an elective.

Musical Arts —  Our musical arts department is lead by two full-time music teachers and a part-time accompanist.  Students in kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as 4 year-old pre-K students, have music weekly.  Seventh and eighth graders can choose a musical arts class, such as handbells, as an elective.  Students in fourth through eighth grade also have the opportunity to play in one of our three bands.  Band students use SmartMusic, an on-line interactive practice tool.   Fifth through eighth grade students can also choose the extra-curricular Pep Band, which plays during home basketball games.

Drama – Students  in 5^th & 6^th Grade who are not in band have one semester of Drama. Students in 7^th & 8^th grade can choose Fall Drama with the focus on Improvisations, Acting techniques and Video production and/ or the Spring Musical which is a collaboration of the Music department and Drama to produce a spring play. This year they’re doing “Annie”. An afterschool Drama club is offered for 3^rd – 6^th gr students.
