There are many ways to volunteer your time at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic School. Below is the list of organizations available and who to contact if you would like to help out.
P.S.O. (Parent School Organization)

The PSO is the service arm of the school. The various standing committees support the school through fund-raising, faith enrichment, stewardship, cultural arts, school store, room mothers, etc. With the direction and support of the PSO Executive Board, each committees meet monthly to plan activities that support the spiritual and academic needs of the students, staff, parents, and school community.
V.I.P.S. (Volunteers in Parochial Schools)

The VIPS Program was organized to take advantage of the many talents and interests of the parents. Every volunteer is required to have a background check. Once the perspective volunteer has been screened they are required to read the VIPS handbook and sign off on proper procedures and role of a volunteer.
VIPS parents volunteer in a variety of areas including tutoring, mentoring, library, cafeteria, room mothers/dads, field trips, supporting student performances, etc.
SAC (School Advisory Committee)

The SAC was organized in the spring of 2003 to ensure the mission, beliefs, goals and objectives of the school are meet. There are four standing committees including long-range planning, public relations-marketing, endowment, and budget. The committee meets as a whole a minimum four times per year. The role of the committee is to advise the principal. It is not a policy-making group.
